Welcome to IZ-OC-Showcase!



♥ IZ-OC-Showcase exists primarily with the intent to showcase Invader Zim fan characters.♥

Irken, Human, Vortian, your own races... all OC's are welcome just as long as they are related to series.

We're hoping to have a 'Fan of the Month', in which one members OC's will be featured, once we have more members and hopefully some contests as well.



Seeing as many people enjoy role playing with their OC's as well, we are hoping to serve as a sort of RPing yellow pages. Again, once we have more members, we'll create a list of people who are looking to RP with their characters. And yes, you can still join the club even if you don't want to be in the 'yellow pages'... they are completely optional!

I'm proud to announce, six and a half months after our founding on the 26^th of September, 2007, we now have a total of 45 members(modlys included,) Nearly 3000 pageveiws and 131 total deviations. Congratulations ladies and gentlemen, and happy half year anniversary<3

I'm saddened at the moment, while I've had my issues with one of our mods, I'm sad to see her leave us. She's returned the club to Lora and myself, though I want to take this moment to say Thank you Kr1mz0n for your help and dedication to our club. We've had many a difference in oppinion and what not, but you never let that get in the way of our club. Thank you for working with us. we'll miss your help.

Sorry ladies and gentlemen, for the large laps in art uploads. Due to some difficulty with my uploader's computer things didn't get done for a long time. I've brought in avatarjk137 to help me with the uploads and found a godsend. Please, everyone, thank Ava for their wonderful work with the uploads.

Just to clarify, this means any poses, forms or figures taken directly from Jhonens work(ie: movie boxes and episodes). Please come up with your own style, we're not trying to discriminate against anyone but it's really distressing when we see things duplicated. that and uploading things like that makes us look really really bad.

We are offering a day for OpenCanvas networking get togethers. Note us if you are interested. Up to four people can be included in one network, and as we're a growing club we would like to offer up positions of supervisors to you. One supervisor per group of three members. IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS PLEASE NOTE US!!!



Currently =PhoenixOfKalakaz cannot open a network on her server because she has a 192 IP. If you're interested in Opencanvas networking, and don't have opencanvas, note us with your AIM or MSN and we'll help solve that problem. Your computer has to be open to downloads, though.

A Winner is Two: A Survivalist Is You!
A writer's tournament on fanfiction.net, found here. Like an Original Character Tournament (see 's Endzone Tournament or ), participating authors write for characters battling each other in a fighting tournament, trying to guide their character to victory. Unlike an OCT, this tournament uses only canon characters (from any fandom; no IZ characters currently in use!). Entry only requires a fanfiction.net account (which is free); prizes of a non-monetary nature will be offered. Entries accepted until July 1st, 2009; tournament begins June 1st.

I was thinking what if you where to sell T shirts on Cafpress.com to make the funds for a subscription? I even came up with a few ideas for designs. Something simple. No direct character mentioning. But cute. And of course the web address on it. I'd buy one. it's a win win thing. You get the funds, the fans get the shirt. Just shouting out an idea.

She's seeking members(and non members) with Dead, wraith, vampiric or mystical OC's in the IZ realm for a group picture. Her only thing is: She doesn't have a scanner so the picture will be blurry untill she gets one or gets to her friends house. If your interested note her<3
